Bad service
Went to Kfc yesterday and was told to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to be cooked after 20 minutes of waiting i go to the counter,shes given away my food and lies and said i should wait for 20 minutes again. When i asked her why didn't she say it will take more than 20 minutes she kept coming with stories.
