Bad service

I bought street wise pap 3×2 at Southgate Mall using Uber eats then I waited for 1 hour before the arrival of the food and normally when I order from KFC Meredale it will only take 15 minutes worst but the driver did not deliver the right order. I asked the driver whats up with the wrong order and the respond was "the manager said he will call you" I really don't like how you operate
