Bad service

My husband placed an order via KFC Brackenfell drive thru when we got to the window a lady by the name of Patience was very annoyed and seemed tired of us, did not even give us the paying point machine my husband had to ask for it. The last straw was when we went to another window to collect our order, one of the thing we ordered was not there she did not place the order correctly. Bad service
