Bad service

Good morning

KFC Constantia in Cape town. I buy KFC every morning for breakfast. Last week I bought a street wise 2 and got a side breast and thigh.

Today the store refused to give me a side breast and a thigh but is willing to give me a centre piece.

I mean I am paying for this meal. It's not free, why can I not choose what I'm paying for? This is absolutely ridiculous. Just down the road is hungry lion and I have the freedom to choose whatever chicken I want. There are times when buying this then the branch will give you 2 drumsticks but now it's all of a sudden a issue

I'm really not impressed with this bad service seem that I spend thousands every month at KFC to get this bad service. Then I'll rather support other chicken restaurants that appreciate my money.

I hope this can be addressed because now I have to take chicken that I don't even want and have to pay for it.
