Bad Service

So I ordered food to online to ma it easier, got a confirmation m message about my order and to pick at my location that is closest to me. Got to KFC About an hour and a half later and they have no clue about my order or history. Showed then the message of order confirmation and still they can’t find it. Why is not the place an order online if you have to wait more than 45min for them to correct there mistake???????
