Bad service

It is never a pleasure to go to the KFC in Hartswater in the Northern Cape. The service is bad or there is never ice cream or dunked wings. We are so used to the word out of stock. Today when I checked my bag of food, everything were not in there. After I asked where it was the lady went to the back and gave me the missing burger. I asked her what she would've done if I went home and noticed the missing burger there and came back to confront her. She just stood there acting like she doesn't understand me. KFC Hartswater has the worst service in South Africa.
