Bad Service

I received bad service at KFC Dube on Saturday 31/10/2015 the waitresses were very slow I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. The staff there dont show commitment to their jobs they dont have good customer service. I was supposed to get a mash gravy but I cant even explain what they served. Can the management of this branch do something about their staff because their service is pathetic. The toilets were locked and the key was no where to be found I am not sure if its because of the location where the resturant is located. There was a point whereby there was no one at the front counter we had to wait for them to come back. I am dissatisfied with the service I got and wouldnt recommend anyone to go to that branch
