Bad service

I placed an order on the 24/005/2024 and my order got cancelled as they do not have an available driver, but minutes later another person order, but they received their order. ITS THE 06/06/2024 and i still did not get my money back. if i dont have enough money to purchase food, kfc will not help me out, but now i must wait on my own money. not even sorry for the inconvenience that you had to go without lunch or may we refund you with a voucher for the mishap nothing.
