Bad service

On the 17th of July 2023, I ordered kfc for delivery on the KFC APP. My order was not processed at all but the money was deducted from my bank account. I waited for almost an hour for an order confirmation but I did not received one. I then used my own airtime to call kcf, 2 of their consultants dropped my call while I was on the phone with them. The third consultant I spoke to was able to give me answers. He told me that my order was not processed and that it will take them 7 to 14 days to refund me. I have never been this angry in my life. Till today I haven't received my refund
