Bad service

I went to KFC Carletonville today and I got to the door and in front of the security I took out my sanitizer and used it and he told me that I can't use my own. I must use the KFC one or I won't go in. I asked for the manager and he went in to call her and he came back with the supervisor Amanda and she told me that it is correct I need to use the KFC sanitizer. So I left.

Why are we forced to use their product?
