Bad service

Absolutely disgusted with the service from KFC durban call centre... Placed my order with them ***) First of all, they take almost 5min just to answer a phone... Then they tell you they will call me back regarding my order, no call back... Then I called to cancel my order because its taking forever, the lady had a very bad attitude and put the phone down on me... All in all, this pregnant lady never got her food... VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. I am also informing headoffice regarding this.
