bad service

i was at Vangate mall at KFC last night, i paid for my meal at 20:23 and only recieved my order at 21:19.<br> i was only buying a streetwise 3 but was in the store for close to an hour with none of the staff even bothering to explain what was going on.<br> <br> i heard another customer asking and they said the meet was not ready something they hadnt bothered to inform us. 2 other customers demanded their money back and i copuldnt because i was with a child and he was starving, this was the nearest kfc from Langa.<br> <br> when i asked for a burger instead the lady at the till told me burgers were out of stock only to see other peoples orders had burgers.<br> <br> i was so upset, the service was terrible and on top of that the staff are lying and very unfriendly. <br> <br> what a horrific experience i had.
