bad service

I was at KFC Lesedi Branch in Voslorus at the drive thru and bought a streetwise 2 for R39.90 assisted by Samkelisiwe on 05/01/2026. My order number was 402, I waited longer than usual for my order and when it arrived, the meat was not ripe, it was almost raw, had a bit of blood and only saw that when I got to work, was late to return with it as I travel, I tried to call to report but the phone was unanswered, I contacted their Facebook team, sent pictures of receipts and was told a case number was sent, i never received that and now they dont resposnd or have an answer as to why their meat was not well and what if i got sick
