Bad service

I have bad service at KFC in Chris Hani mall. The queues are usually long which is the norm I guess. If they're meat is finished and the are still preparing it , nobody bothers to tell people at the drive through. Eventually when you get your order there is always something that is short, their ketchup is always finished. The staff service is bad as they get irritated when you ask for what you are paying for. I have bought on numerous occasion and still experience the same thing. If you are a 24 hours outlet surely you should have enough to carry you through the night. This one branch has put me off totally from drive in to any KFC. If you are a franchise your service should be the same regardless of the suburb.
