Bad service

What bad service i have experienced at above guard this afternoon i drived to the drive thru waited about 5 min start hooting stil no 1 i went to the collection window also waited for some minutes ltr a lady came to tell to come inside this is really pathetic as they close the drive thru instead of leaving there wondering if you will be served 1 day, i have even ask them if they short of staff because the staff dont even show interest of working.. Very very bad service ever
