Bad Service

Good day, I would like to complain about our KFC Van Der Hoff Road in Pretoria Gardens. This is not the first time it happen. Last night my son place an order at 17:45 by 20:00 no delivery, we phoned then and the lady told us the driver have left with our food. I told her this is not right our food is on its way from 18:15 by 20:00 that food would been cold and not eatable. She just keep on telling us the driver left she dont know were he is. by 21:00 no food still and the never arrived or contact us to tell us what the problem is. I will never ever in my life put my foot in that branch again. They are useless to say the least. Hope something will come of this email. Bad service.
