Bad service.

the service we get from KFC outlets (KFC-Chris Janice, Vosloorus and KFC park central to be precise) is really HORRIBLE!! The staff take forever to finish our orders and when you ask them why they taking so long, it's only then that they tell you that they are missing some of the ingredients to your order! I don't get why they communicate while taking an order and after waiting ages for your food, they still get your order wrong! I requested a coke with no ices and they gave me coke with ices. I told the lady that i don't want ices, she came back with a cup half filled and told me that when there are no ices the coke is half a cup.
