BAD SERVICE

Very bad experience indeed.... So my family and I went to KFC Observatory, We live close to Vangate Mall and thought lets take the kids for the drive and drove pass Vangate Mall KFC to go to KFC Obs. Got there and the card machine was out of order. Placed and order and paid cash instead. Order was places on 27/07/2019 at 19:08 by (48 Bonnie) Order placed was Double Crush Burger Meal with Extra sweet chilli sauce, wrapsta box meal, Double Xinger Burger meal and an All star box... At 19:35 I was still waiting for my order, I asked the cashier and she said that they waiting on the zinger wings.. I then said to her that if I am going to wait for 5more minutes I want to cancel this order and my oh my! she grabbed the slip from my hand and said the order is coming now, which flavor drinks you want? I then said Fanta no ice and I will def report you and she and the rest of staff was laughing and just did not give a damn. Finally got the order by 19:45 my kids was so hungry already!.. On my meal which I have asked for extra sweet chilli sauce which I paid for there was no sweet chilli sauce on my burger... to top it all off they did not add any sauce in the package... I told my husband to go and ask instead because I was already angry for waiting 40 min on our order.. and my oh my, there was no sauce. This type of customer service is so NOT ON. We dont get the food for free, we PAY.
