Bad service

Kfc goldspot's service sucks yesterday I went to kfc sunward I bought a streetwise 3 with two thigh pieces and one drum pieces and I was given exactly that I buy streetwise 3 athe KFC goldspot in vosloorus I request two thighs and a drum I'm told it has to be two drums and one thigh so I wanna understand why cause it's not for the first time the first time I accepted cause I didn't know how things were, isn't KFC a uniform service or was I under minded
