Bad service

Was so annoyed on friday the 14th of june when I decided to buy food at kfc drive through In one of the kfc store in polokwane opposite limpopo mall So i got there and request my order from the assistant out side by the ???? through but as we proceed to take my food the lady at the window was in a hurry to help whom we dnt know as it wasn't busy but never the less my food was just thrown to my lap and as i asked her ntombi what have i done to you for such bad service. She looked away And never saw any reason to say am sorry or even that it was a mistake I dnt see myself buying the anymore
