Bad service

Tonight 17th of June, my husband daughter and myself went to kfc in brakpan after visiting some family there. Had such bad treatment from the young lady working at the pay point by the drive through side. At first she did not greet us, took the bank card out of my husbands hand and started the transaction, by this time she has already given our cool drinks. The card machine showed that my husband had to remove the card which he did. She started raising her voice and said that he must do it, then the card declined. Again she raised he voice that he had to try again, this after he told her that he is coming inside the shop. After parking the car, he went inside and politely asked if he could change the order, because obviously he had insifient funds for the bid order we made. She made fun of him to the ambulance people standing there as well after she said no... And bring back the cool drinks. We returned the cool drinks and walked away. We would never ever buy from kfc in brakpan. We have a lot of family and friends there, and we told them all what happend. The young lady should learn how to treat customers, she humiliated my husband and let my also feel like a worm. Wil never ever support them.!!!!!!
