Bad service.

I was at KFC Alex mall Friday night the service there is pathetic. My order was mixed up and I requested to speak to the manager he refused to come out of the office. What really upset me the most is that in abke to see him and he moved on the side where I could not see him. Kfc need sto train your manager because if he was well trained he should know that bad reviews about the business is actually ****ing the business.or maybe it's KFC culture that black people don't complain because at Alex mall KFC serves mostly black people so "black lives don't matter" B'S service is for us. Dissappointed I don't see my self going into any KFC.
