Bad service

KFC Birchleigh has a bad service. This is not the first time the give us burned chicken. Last night we ordered on Ubereat so they delivered our order only to find that our 21 piece had burned pieces. I reported this on the Ubereat website last night even took photos of our burned order, they still have not responded.
