Bad Service

Yesterday evening I bought at KFC Protea Glen Mall drive thru a SW 2 with 2 pieces and SW 1 with mash and mini loaf but to my dismay when I got home the SW 1 didn't have meat. I was angry and disappointed , I felt undermined, disrespected and not humiliated . Imagine how the person I bought SW 1 felt , they cried and were disappointed at me because of KFC.
