Bad service

Hi I went to KFC to buy 3 street wise two via drive thru and the lady by the name of Zandile who was taking my order she didn't write no wings on the slip. Yhooo when I get home I found three wings and I dnt eat wings. As a customer I felt that because I refuse to give her R2 for donation she made it deliberately. Yesterday I gave them R2 so my question is should I give the every time? Phumula cash and carry KFC the service is bad we berg for service, customers must pay extra for a better service. KFC should stop asking us donation we will donate if we want its not a must. I'm passed off.
