Bad service

Had a a bad experience at kfc in sunvalley went through the drive through bought a zinger meal and what do I get a half burger with everything just chucked on, so disgusted really I went back I didnt even feel like escalating just wanted my money to go to McDonald's rather, the workers dont even sympathize
