Bad service

I went to buy food at kfc in alex mall and they gave me a wrong order and its not the 1st time they doing this, and when you call the store they don't take you seriously. I called the customer care since they said they wil came back to me even now they have not called and its been a week now Thier service its very bad and they don't do anything about it
