Bad Service

On Saturday we attended Ushaka KFC, the staff are extremly rude, the card Machine was offline so the cashier asked me to wait for the manager, he arrived 10 mins later and the transaction finally went through, we ordered the family feast 10 piece and the chicken was uncooked on the inside. I then advised the cashier who was extremley rude and did not treat me seriously, she then spoke to another staff about me in isizulu and this was not proffesional. Im extremly disgusted in the manner in which i was treated. Please contact me on ********** 817 for further details.
