Bad service

I've place a delivery order at 17:12 today. It's 19:25 and I haven't received my order. Called 45 minutes ago I was told that the driver is on his way, ti now there's no sign of my order. This is rediculous. Promised my kids kfc for supper they are hungry and we are still waiting for that order. I am so disappointed.
