Bad service

I am so disappointed by KFC Panorama in Mulbarton I ordered food around 7pm through uber eats until now we haven’t received our food, the driver called us to tell us that they refuse to give him food because they said the food was delivered us. We asked to speak to the manager but he refused to speak to us. Now our order has been cancelled, what a bad service
