Bad service

I went to KFC Tzaneng Mall lower level. Assisted by Loveday. I went to buy variety box for my sister and my son. She said all the lunch box are not available. Then I said I want variety box not lunch meal then she said is samething, I appologised my ignorance. I asked what do you have similar to that she said plenty meals. Okay I tell my son to choose another meal since the one he wants is not available while I figure out what to buy for my sister. I asked what do the have in burgers she said are finished. But my son bought dunked meal. I asked her if its hot because the picture shows some brown sauce running through. She said yes. I said to her I really don't know what to buy, she told me i must step aside she help someone since I don't know what I want. I asked to help me with the menu since I'm not a regular customer and I don't even eat KFC. She started bringing other customer to listen to the story. I told he to stop it and help me with menu as I'm clueless. She looked at me I then ordered 1 dunked meal R59.90 and colonel meal R49.90 with buddy sodas. She ringed 1 colonel meal R49.90 and DUNKED BOX MEAL R82.90. I kept quite to see what will happen and accept the charge. But she gave me Dunked meal 59.90. I then went to ask her which meal did I buy she said the R59.90 one. I then ask why she charged me 82.90. She then call her supervisor; who was behind her while all this argument was happening and said nothing; to confirm whats in the meal she confirmed I should get wings. No apology she just scream to request wings. I then said to her I am not going to wait for wings after I waited 45 minuted for wrong order and charge in a fast food outlet. She asked what did I use to pay I said a card, do you have the card yes, then she said no we can't refund on the card. I then said give me cash I also don't like it that way. She said its impossible. I said refund every thing and ring again if you can't do difference refund. She then told the cashier to give me difference she will take R23 from her wallet and replace it. I thanked her for that she said I shouldn't thank her because she is trying to save someone's job. My question is why is it problem to thank you for your lose for someone's gain. She cursed my new year that I will never enjoy 2019 in front of customers. I have been in other KFC buying bucket what what you will find these people ready to sell you even chicken feet with their smile. But what I experienced today from Loveday and Dineo shift supervisor it made my son say mom now I get when you say you hate fast food, unhealthy and expensive service of both people and food
