Bad Service

Hi,

Yesterday I went to kfc, Cnr Hoek & Bree St, Johannesburg, it was around 10 am, I've received a very very bad service from Promise., she could see I was waiting to collect my order which was ready and Ive been standing there for more than 15 mins and the was only one person taking orders on another side, Promise come in with her friend who was asking ice blocks which she was currying and I ask her give me my order she told me that they are short staffed but she was able to serve her friend ice cubes for free, she went in took a cup, fill it with ice cubes and serve him.WOW!! this is not how we should be treated a customers.
