bad service

My Final comment regarding this matter after numerous complaints and promises of resolve as to date I have not had any contact with or by the Roohuiskraal KFC. After purchasing 4 very disappointing / distateful meals from the Rooihuiskraal branch and not recieving a response or an offer to replace even 1 of the meals is extremely dissapointing. With all sincerity I hope that if I or my friends / family do decide to frequent another KFC branch we will not experience the same lack of interest of customer care as this branch offers. Hopefully this is the end ..
