Bad service

I have never seen such incompetence. I ordered my food at exactly 7:09, people get there food and mine never pitch, 7:35 I go ask and I'm told they didn't see my order and now I have to wait for the meat. Your service is ridiculous . Cosmo mall you guys should go back for training
