Bad service

Went to KFC at protea point, drive thru.... Window was closed had to wait 10 minutes and went out of my car to go to the other window. Everyone was there including the manager who said I must go back to the window and the lady serving me didn't know the menu, I requested for a manager who refused to give out her name walked away while I was speaking with her, only Nomsa dicided to help me get the food I wanted. After today I will make sure no one of my friends will ever eat KFC until the lady who claim to be a manager at protea point is fired.
