BAD SERVICE!

Last night I had the worse experience ever I went to KFC Weltevreden park Palm court I ordered the new Dunked Sharebox paid and everything just so they told me after I paid they don't have big buns anymore they put it on a twister or a small bun I insisted to get a refund as that is not what I ordered, they refunded me. Then I went to the KFC on Hendrik Potgieter hoping they will be more helpful when I got there they said they don't have any dunked sauce. I was highly disgusted I then left and went to the KFC in Hyperama just to come there and hear the same story that they don't have dunked sauce. If you manage a take away shop or franchise and you have something new on the market you make sure you have enough stock of everything because it can be a 50 50 chance that it will sell good or not but at least you will have enough stock.
