Bad service

Am a very angry with the service I received from KFC Jabulani. I was assisted by Phumelele She just left us in a queue she never told us where she was going and what she was going to do. We stood there waiting and waiting. When she came back she has the nerve to ask us to greet her What kind of a customer service is that. I would like to understand.
