Bad service

I went to KFC in promenade Mitchell's plain on the 25th of June 2018 when I had the worse experience ever at kfc as they gave me food that looked like they were busy feeding animals. I am extremely unhappy as this would not be the first time but I'm really fed up now as I'm paying for food that they cant even present and then food is still tasteless and dry and the cooldrink was all over the place , never mind that even the kiddies meal boxes wasnt even closed right that it broke and fell out of my hand in front of the staff and I didnt even get an apology. I'm really unhappy.
