Bad service

As a beloved customer to your service, I came to experience some of the things which I found unpleasant. <br> 1.one time I needed water and I went to the till and asked and I was told I needed to buy the still water or they would get it from a hand wash tap... unhealthy <br> 2. I went with my family and after buy a meal with a drink, then I was given two cups and told to buy other cups, 50c each!!<br> 3. lately I went with my fiancee and we bought two meals with those R6 soft drinks. A cashier named Audrey told me they don't have cups so I can't get those drink but I must buy a buddy..... <br> 4. After we were done I needed to use the rest room, didn't have any money on me cause apparently I must put in R2 to use the toilet... that's bull .<br> <br> Do something about your service, when I buy I expect a service, a good one
