Bad service

The first time i went to this kfc i noticed that the service is slow, the staff has a bad attitude. if you order you wait for long and then you order is incorrect, i ordered zingger wings and i was given a piece (Thigh). To make things worst today i went to buy soft twirl ,1 it takes 15 minutes for the 'manager' to come serve me the ice cream, he then decides to hold the cone with his bare hands , then he put it down on the table. when i enquire about hygiene i am told that i can decide to eat the cone or leave it. I am left wondering has KFC become so great that it does not care about its client and has customer service a thing of the past with KFC? i am disturbed by the conduct of KFC.
