Bad Service

Everytime we order from KFC in Malvern we have a problem, We are regular customers of KFC but it seems like we just never receive good service when it comes to delivery the machine is broken or they can't assist us at the moment or there is only one driver, The times we do receive our order the driver is late or our food is cold and we never complain but KFC shouldn't have a delivery service if it isn't working.
