Bad service

I had a very bad experience at KFC Richmond drive-thru, I had to wait for an 1hr to get my order. At 1st I was told I will wait for 15min but I ended up getting off the car to go and ask about my order inside the restaurant. I was so irritated by the service I received and the worse part it was not for the 1st time having a bad service from the new KFC drive thru Richmond.
