Bad service

I have been staying in Cosmo City for about 6weeks and of the times I have been to KFC next to shell garage there's always something you will definitely not get. I'm always driving out of their drive-thru feeling annoyed and disappointed. Here's the thing, if there's no ice cream, lettuce to make burgers or twister then there's something else you won't get. On top of that, the response from that operators will just be a plain "no lettuce". They will bother to apologize or offer you an alternatives. Please train those people. I'm hoping someone will respond to this because I'm.close to stopping my visits there.
