Bad service

So after close to a year of not buying anything from your store I decided to go buy 4 zinger wings and 440ml coke bottle at the "KFC Parade" which I totally regret. I purchased my wings at 19:44pm only to get them at 20:10pm and no one bothered to tell us why there was a delay with the wings. My order no. was 184 and the lady packing the food (I think her name is Blessing) does not know what is Customer Service. Pity I forgot the guy who was taking orders because he is clueless to say the least. I thought that store would be different to "KFC Adderley" which I think is the worst amongst all your stores that I`ve gone to but actually they are the same in terms of awful customer service. Your staff could learn a thing or 2 from chicken licken staff which I don`t think their chicken is all that great but I keep going back because their customer service is F***** AWESOME! Never again am I going into another KFC store
