BAD SERVICE

I would like to know why you would have specials when your branches are going to tell us that they not running the Tuesday special ,have been to Arcadia twice they told me the same story and as for Bronkhorspruit multiple times I have called the call centre but no response have complained about the poor service before there was no response have complaint about the pieces before still no response so what steps must one take so that their complaints are attended to cause certainly the managers nor the regional managers don't care.
