Bad service

This is the second time in 2 weeks we went through the drive thru,Only to be told again go to the parking and wait for your food,after 12,min someone brought it but was not what she said is in the packet,so she goes back to the window and they start rummaging in the package,between the two of them throwing the zinger wings back n forth,eventually throwing them back in the package...OPEN...ignoring me asking them till I asked for the management,"Constance"...I asked her if we are DOGS that they throw the food around like that? And why do they still have a drive thru?cause it doesn't work,and even so I don't even throw my DOGS food around like that....Get real...Hartebee****rt is a tourist attraction and KFC has got clowns running a franchise that has been around before Constance was born ..into the ground..come on us locals are your OPEN doors...must we put the word out amongst our community and our social media groups??????This is unacceptable.
