Bad service

My husband was lastnight at kfc in n1city he ordered us a family meal with the sides which was the zinger wings and yes they said to him the wings will take about 12min which was ok coz he was waiting for me his wife when I got to kfc that's was around 50min after 7and his order was please at 7.15 as we were waiting I wanted to buy me an icecream but this one worker was ignoring me and eventually when I got her attention I asked her y does she not respond when I asked her a ?and she told me that she does not have a float but I told her she could have said so coz now people who came after me is being served and I am getting ignored then after waiting 10 Min for an ice cream I got served and what is so funny the Uber eats can just come and collect and we must just stand and wait then when I asked when is our food coming because it's already 7.45 and this other cashier said then she had put the food down on the counter and no one came forward and I got angry coz I was standing the whole time and no called our number and I said to her that she did not called my number and I said that they must check there cameras because no one called my number 452 and that the moment I got angry and said I'm not stupid the service was poor I'm very unhappy to get such service And on top of all it want even busy and some of the people got wrong orders ***
