Bad Service

I had a bad experience at KFC bloemfontein Willows on friday the 10.11.2017. I am regular customer at kfc but I was dissapointed at the servce that I got on friday. I went to Kfc on friday around 9pm to get myself a streetwise 2. When I got to kfc I decided to go to the bathroom to pee since I was pressed and the queue was long. To my suprise when I got to the bathroom i was asked to produce a receipt to show that I have bought something from kfc. I tried explaining to that lady that I am pressed and I will go buy after relieving myself. She told me no and further told me that I cannot utilize the toilet without a receipt. Since the queue was long and I was pressed, I opted to go to one of the nearest club to relieve myself and then drove off to the other kfc. Im not happy about this and I certainly dont remember being asked to produce a receipt at any of the restaurant before I could use the toilet. If the policy has changed they need to inform customers or have a notice on the toilet door to inform customers of such chages. I am very very disapointed and as a regular kfc customer I did not appreciate that service.
