Bad Service

We arrive at KFC Florentia Alberton noticing they skip the order process in the drive through after a long wait I decide to jump out and order inside for my parents are waiting infront of my house. I got inside saw about 7/8 ppl a few looking me in the eye with out saying a word. I decided I will ask if they are short on staff seeing that I don't get assistance or no one telling me whats going on. The lady who should take the orders on the microphone clearly not intrested in answering me mutters something about night shift... Why do you have a Drive through if you can't even maintain it?
