Bad service

I was just at the KFC at the Vall mall. I purchased zingerwings amd a street wise one. The outlet was not busy,there was about 4 customers, so that is definitely not an excuse. When i got home, no zinger wings and i was in a hurry. It should seriously not be my responsibility to check that my order is correct,as i do not get paid to check that every thing i ordered is packaged. It is not fair. I in effect paid double for what i got.
